I joined INPEX in December 2013 as I knew that INPEX is a global oil & gas company with a huge asset across the world. The project and working environment are very challenging since LNG Abadi Project is become the 5th LNG Project in Indonesia after LNG Arun, LNG Bontang, LNG Tangguh, and LNG Donggi Senoro.
My first assignment was as Coordinator Recruitment. After a year, Company assigned me as Coordinator Organization Development which is a very different function with Recruitment that has made my knowledge and skill accelerated. In the same year, Company has promoted me to the higher position as Manager Organization Development. Due to organization change, my role was expanded not only handling organization but also all HR planning matters and employee development. Besides, I also involved in several task force teams for project.
During the time I working here, there are some good things that impressed me. I find people respect each other as INPEX put the value of Diversity and Inclusion highly in day to day business activities. They are also very comply with the internal and external regulation. Other than that, I feel that Work Life Balance is exist here as Company always try to balance between work life and personal life of employee.
